If you’re interested in shooting the rapids or having your banca carried by boatmen over treacherous bends in the river, visit Pansanjan Falls in Laguna.
In Annalyn Jusay’s Pagsanjan: lovelier the second time around, you’ll catch some of the many faces of Pagsanjan. Be sure to try Aling Taleng’s Halo-halo, a sweet and cold dessert to keep you cool during the summer.
Ajay reached Pagsanjan via the Star Tollway route, although if you’re in the eastern portion of Manila, you can try reaching Pagsanjan via the Antipolo – Tanay – Siniloan route.

I’ve read that Waterfront Insular Hotel may be the best place to stay in when in Davao. It is located in a prime area and faces the Samal Island.
If I’m not mistaken, you can go to the Pearl Farm from Waterfront Insular. They likewise have a T’boli Weaving Centre at the hotel grounds and this should be interesting to watch. They are likewise situated near the Dabaw Museum.

Palawan is located southwest of Mindoro and is composed of (would you believe?) more than 1,700 islands? That’s a lot to choose from.
Palawan is on our list of places to go to. We’re waiting a bit though, for four-year old daughter Ali to get bigger as Palawan is again one of those beautiful places where you will have to travel by air, land, and sea to get there. Travel time ranges from a total of one hour and a half to 4 hours, depending on which area you are visiting.
