			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Baguio is known as the summer capital of the Philippines. Here&#8217;s a unique place to stay at while there: PNKY Bed and Breakfast.</p>
<p>PNKY only has four rooms but in another location, they also offer one cottage. All items on display, the furniture and furnishings, are for sale.</p>

<p>The cottage can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. It has one bedroom, 2 toilets and bath, a living area (which can accommodate about 4 to 5 people), a kitchen where you can prepare your own meals if you wanted to, a fireplace, cable TV, DVD player, and a garage good for two vehicles. Up to 6 people, the rate is P6,000 per night.</p>
<p>At the other location, there are four rooms, namely: Forest Green, Baguio Blue, Van Gogh, and Hide-Away. The rooms can accommodate anywhere from 3 to 6 people. Nightly rate ranges from P2,200 to P3,500 for 2 to 3 people (depending on the room), with rates charged for extra persons depending on the size of the room.</p>
<p>All reservations come with a full breakfast. Drivers&#8217; quarters are also available. Arrangements for car rental, sightseeing, massage, childcare can also be made.</p>
<p>There&#8217;s also a PNKY Cafe and the menu makes all of the dishes sound delicious. </p>
